Return Policy

Craiks Creek is dedicated to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service to our customers. We recognize that a product may not always meet your expectations or demands.

Our return policy allows for the return of products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Additionally, customers must provide proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a return.

For Craiks Creek branded products, please follow the instructions provided in the Return Process section below.

For products from other brands sold on our store, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to the appropriate brand. Please note that each brand may have its own return policy and process, which we will provide you with upon request.

Return Process:

To initiate a return for a Craiks Creek branded product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service department at [email protected] to begin the return process.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  3. Ship the package to the address supplied by our customer support representatives.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product.

For products that are of high value, the customer should consider paying for shipping insurance and/or using a trackable shipping service. Craiks Creek is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
