Warranty Policy

All Craiks Creek branded products purchased from our website or authorized resellers come with a 12-month warranty.

For a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use of the product. If the product is discovered to be defective within this time frame, we will send replacement parts or replace the product at no cost to you.


Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unintentional damage, carelessness, regular wear and tear, or any modification or alteration of the product is not covered by our warranty. It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs, failure to adhere to the product instructions, or improper installation.

Craiks Creek’s warranty only applies to Craiks Creek branded products. Non-Craiks Creek branded products will be covered by the manufacturers warranty if they have one. You can find the length of the warranty on the product page.

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the product’s original purchaser.

Making a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at [email protected]. You must include a copy of your proof of purchase, a thorough explanation of the problem, and any accompanying images or videos. We will assess your claim and determine the best course of action once we have received this information. If your claim is accepted, we will send replacement parts or replace the product. We may offer a comparable replacement or a refund if the product is no longer available.
